OPGW Suspension Clamp

Suspension clamps are also known as overhanging wire clamps or overhanging fixtures. According to the use, opgw suspension clamp include ABC cable overhanging wire clamps, ADSS cable overhanging wire clamps, and overhead line overhanging wire clamps. Suspension wire clamp is a general term for all types of wire clamps that suspend wires or cables from a pole tower. Pre-twisted opgw cable clamps are used for the connection of OPGW cables and towers to reduce the static stress at the support point of OPGW cables, to improve the vibration resistance of ADSS cables, to buffer the dynamic stress of wind vibration, and to ensure that the cable bends within the permissible value, so that the cable does not produce bending stress, so that the optical fiber does not produce additional loss in the cable after installation.

Structure and Material:

Pre-twisted overhanging wire clamps consist of a combination of an overhanging clamp plate (the overhanging clamp plate consists of a rubber insert, housing, bolt, spring washer, flat washer, nut, and cleat pin), an outer prefabricated rod, and an inner prefabricated rod.

The inner precast bar is wrapped directly around the outside of the cable and clamped by the rubber insert to provide protection and stiffness strength to the cable. The outer precast rods are clamped by the housing and pressed into the rubber inserts.

The housing ----- is made of cast aluminum alloy for stability and better aerospace and mechanical resistance to corrosion.

The rubber inserts ---- are made of high grade rubber, compounded to provide resistance to ozone, chemicals, extreme high and low temperature changes and compression permanent deformation.

Bolts, spring washers, flat washers, nuts - hot dip galvanized standard.

Cleat pins ---- power standard parts.

Inner pre-strung rods--- Aluminum alloy wires customized according to mechanical properties and chemical composition with high tensile strength, hardness strength and excellent elasticity, rust resistance for long term use in bad weather health) condition.

Outer precast bar - same as inner precast bar.

Connection fittings - unloading buckles, U-bolts, UB U-clamps, ZH U-clamps are electric power standard parts.
